Hell yeah, it’s worth it. I hope that your daughter experiences what I experienced while I was on Accutane for the first time…a perfectly clear complection! Nothing beats Accutane in terms of ridding acne. And I do mean nothing! This is why they call it the "miracle" drug. I just turned 18, and I can sympathize with what your daughter may be going through. So, get her to go on Accutane, before she gets scarring! Regards, Chad Cohan

I am the mother of a 15 year old daughter whos next step is accutane …Is it worth putting urself thru all of this…i guess my question would be ..if u had to do it all over again would u??? Please help me in my dission on what to do

Yes, if I could do it over again I would. It cleared my skin and I never thought my skin would look so healthy. The sideffects are a bit hard on a teenager like myself. So be prepared for a crazy first few weeks. Joe

I’ll be able to answer this hopefully in a few weeks, I just started about a week ago. Initial breakout, oh yes. But for me its not as big of a deal, I work with all professionals and I told them all in advance, I said hey, just so you know, I’m planning on having a massive breakout in a few weeks but hopefully it’s for the better so I’d prefer you all know rather then talking about it behind my back, etc. and they were all very supportive, some tell me it looks better already but you know how people can be, just looking to cheer you up sometimes 
. SO we’ll see… I have a digital camera and I’ve been taking pictures of my face from a few different angles about once every three days and plan on doing so for quite a while.
