Eve — Way to go. What a useful list. Now, I used to smoke two cigs during my fifteen minute breaks, so could you compile a list for either two cigs and/or ten to fifteen minutes? LOL. Hang in there, Coleen Two months, 37 minutes and 3 seconds. 1220 cigarettes not smoked, saving $244.10. Filing down nails is a great one. (I trim mine with a toenail clipper) I probably would have to re-set my nail biting meter if I didn’t keep them trimmed! Nail-Biting free for 39+ years!!! Flossing is another great one! It takes me 10 minutes to floss mine though… I have to make up for all the neglect. 
Have you tried the teeth whitening strips? Those are cool… and easy. I’ll bet you could even post a picture on the Quitbuddies site in less than 5 minutes!!! Happy 10 Days Eve! — Quitting is difficult, but smoking is harder.
