OTP – Back from Thanksgiving

Question:

Well I am back from Zion and Bryce Canyon National Parks. I climbed angels landing in Zion, which was quite an accomplishment; 1500 vertical feet of hiking. I was in Las Vegas yesterday, but I decided I am not the Vegas type. I should have spent another day in Zion instead. oh well.  What a great area and we did some fantastic hikes.  I posted the pictures, an album for Zion and for Bryce.  Zion link is: http://community.webshots.com/album/25919267tEbMPEMtGi Bryce link is: http://community.webshots.com/album/25923583wOFGxaGics You get to see my whole family in these photos.  Bryce is at 8,000 feet and as you can see we had a bit of snow.  I can’t think of a better way to spend Thanksgiving, I am thankful we were together and I was able to climb Angels landing. This country is blessed with some really beautiful areas.  God did shed his grace on us, and for that I am thankful! — MZ     — website: http://members.home.net/mzuschlag

Pictures are wonderful.  I’ve seen Bryce often from the air.  Best up close picture I’ve seen of either. Jo

Thanks I was pretty happy with the outcome.  I took the photos on the higher quality setting, so they can be enlarged.  Kelly, I took these all with my digital camera, so I can load them on the web quickly. I have a 64 mb smart media card in the camera so I can take 120 high quality photos or 657 standard quality photos.  I might make this into a CD album.  A friend of my did that with our Grand Canyon photos, and he added a musical track, it’s a really nice CD.  I copied it for my parents. Webshots software makes uploading photos on the web really fast, and you can’t beat the price, free. — MZ — website: http://members.home.net/mzuschlag
