and I’m still lurking for a while. Just wanted to pop in and let y’all know that Beau showed at the UKC Premier over the weekend. Saturday- 1st Place Male Puppy, Reserve Best Male Sunday- 1st Place Male Puppy, Best Male His first shows! I’m so proud of him! He’s got 15 points toward his CH now– he beat the junior male who has just about the same breeding on top as Beau has on bottom, but you have to go back a few generations to see it. The male who beat him Saturday was Sunday’s littermate. go here for pictures (our scanner is down so you only get digital camera pics) http://uberpest.50megs.com/2001Premier.html He LOVED the judge (kisses and smiles), but the male dogs he didn’t like. That’s why he’s getting put on his butt in the last shot. OH!!! and if anyone gets OLN (Outdoor Life Network)– check out the footage they got on Pit Bulls from the Premier. If you look closely to an interview with a guy about 25 years old with 3 Pits you might be able to see a little blue tailless Catahoula in the background for a split second. :) I don’t get OLN at home.
