E28 Fuse Box
Question:
I just bought a replacement fuse box for my 86 528e. the wiring is much more complicated then I anticipated. Ive drawn up a simple schematic to help me get ht ewires back into the right places, just hoping i’m not in over my head. Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated. Justin

A digital camera works. If you don’t have one, pull the box and leave the old harness in place, then install the new harness before taking out the defective one, matching connections as you go… I pulled the front of an engine apart when I was 14. I had to go to a parking lot and find the exact car, wait until the owner came out and asked if I could look at his engine. I snapped a couple pictures and wa-la! Let me know if you need the diagram.
